We are a company that specializes in the hire highly qualified staff of railway professions, in particular train drivers with knowledge of diesel and electric traction. Our offer is open to all domestic and foreign conveyors in Czech Republic and neighboring countries.

Our company meets all legal requirements for the agency's work.

We hold a permit to broker employment pursuant to § 14 para. 1 point. a) a b) of the Act no. 435/2004 Coll., on employment.

Our staff is assigned to users based on the Agreement on allocation under § 308 of the Act č.262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, possibly Framework Agreement, which details and transparently governs the rights and obligations of the parties, including compensation for any damages caused by the employee.

Cooperation with our company will avoid problems and sanctions from the authorities, both in terms of employment and in terms of compliance with the provisions of the Act no. 266/1994 Coll., on rail systems and other related regulations.

In our capabilities is to ensure train drivers in all kinds of performances, which the customer hires them for.

Of course, there are individual pricing and payment terms depending on the desired volume of our services.

Our company has duly signed liability insurance.

We are holders of the certificate EN ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.

Hire train drivers and wagon technicians

 Our main activities include hiring highly qualified and experienced train drivers with the knowledge of driving vehicle tractions: 

M = engine traction
E = electric traction (AC, DC and vehicles with multi voltage system)
P = steam traction

- both domestic and foreign manufacturers, for example. Siemens, Bombardier, Stadler.


Our train drivers are competent to operate on the territory of the Czech Republic, the border line sections and selected lines of ŽSR network, PKP, DB, ÖBB.

 Our employees are temporarily assigned to users in accordance with all statutory requirements, arising mainly from the Labour Code and the Employment Act. The customer will thus avoid the risk of possible prosecution by state authorities, as well as unnecessary and hardly solvable complications in the event of an extraordinary event.

 We also provide transport exams V06, V08 and others as required by the carrier. Our train drivers, chief guards and train check operators are regularly trained according to applicable laws and regulations.
